Are you a wine lover? On Monday, December 2nd, you can experience a vertical tasting of 6 consecutive years of Goumenissa, a flagship blend by the Chatzivariti estate in northern Greece, as well as the new MiniMus wine series of the estate, in a two and a half hour premium wine event, in collaboration with @mycava.gr.
As always, the event will be hosted in the lovely space of ERGON House, accompanied by selected products from our deli.

COFFEE TASTING EXPERIENCE
W.AFRICA & C.AMERICA - HOSTED BY GIANNIS TALOUMIS (TAF COFFEE)
On Saturday December 14th, at 18:30, the Ergon House will be filled with flavours of specialty coffee blends brought to us by G. Taloumis.
A unique, hands – on workshop including essential information about coffee beans and their cultivation, tasting of different varieties, a comparison between estates form the same region and a roasting demonstration by the most significant coffee connoisseur in Greece.
And in order to get us into a Christmas mood, our chefs will prepare a special coffee-based Christmas desert. At the end of the two and a half hour event, each participant will receive a gift box with coffee products and a recipe for the desert.
