As riders of the 3rd Wave, Taf is internationally renowned for sourcing the highest quality green coffee as a farm-to-cup artisanal product. Catering to a wide range of preferences, our own award-winning ERGON baristi bring the bean’s flavour to its fullest with skilful methods that include pour-over, hand brew, Chemex and V60, topped by some serious latte skills. You name it, we make it – including the famous Greek iced freddo espresso/cappuccino.
AROMAS AND BLENDSCATERING TO A WIDE RANGE OF PREFERENCES
You’ll find the finest quality, single-origin bean varietals from micro-farms around the world at Ergon House. Our own speciality blends, Grandma’s Boy and Grandma’s Girl, were developed in collaboration with Taf. Their aroma carries notes of pine, baker’s chocolate and cinnamon, with a touch of berries.
You’ll find them micro-roasted in the Agora and available as capsules in-room.
