You can’t get more ‘locavore’ than greens from the vertical orchard lining one side of our 25m atrium. Receiving natural daylight and drawing on the latest in hydroponics and aquaponics, it’s our 2.0 farming field where we grow seasonal aromatic herbs such as oregano, basil, rosemary, as well as lettuce, cherry tomatoes, which are harvested by our abseiling resident gardener who clearly doesn’t suffer from vertigo.
